Zeal has been acquired by ether.fi
The Zeal app is winding down. Moving to ether.fi is optional, and you stay in full control of where your assets go, as always.
Please move your assets by 1 December 2026.

Move to ether.fi in the Zeal app
You sign up inside Zeal, and nothing moves until you confirm it.

Tap Get started
It’s on the banner at the top of your Zeal home screen. Enter your email.

Enter the code
Check your email for a 6-digit code from ether.fi, and enter it in Zeal.

Confirm each transfer
You’ll see your card balance, Earn and tokens. Review and confirm each one.

Finish on ether.fi
Sign in to ether.fi. To get the Visa card, verify your identity there.

Find it in your ether.fi account.

Send from Zeal
In Zeal, tap Send and paste the address.
Send only assets ether.fi accepts, on networks it accepts. Anything else may be lost.
Not moving to ether.fi?
Move your assets out of Zeal before the app stops working. Smart Wallets stop working when Zeal closes.
- Send to another wallet
- In Zeal, tap Send and send your assets to a wallet you control in another app.
- Cash out to your bank
- Sell your assets in Zeal and send the money to your bank account.
- Earn and card
- Withdraw your Earn and card balances first, then send or cash out.
- Secret Phrase or hardware wallet
- These wallets keep working in other wallet apps. Keep a safe offline copy of your Secret Phrase.
Questions
Is Zeal giving my account or funds to ether.fi?
No. Your Zeal account, keys and funds are not transferred to ether.fi. You stay in full control of where your assets go, as always.
When does the Zeal app stop working?
The date the app stops working isn’t set yet. You’ll see it here and in the Zeal app. Please move your assets by 1 December 2026.
Which assets can I move to ether.fi?
You can move USDC, USDT, EURC, ETH, WETH, weETH, OP and ZCHF on Optimism as they are. If you choose, Zeal converts your other assets to ZCHF (if your currency is CHF) or USDC first. Converting has network fees, so you may get slightly less.
What about my card, Earn and IBAN?
Zeal shows you how to withdraw your card balance, GNO rewards and Earn, so you can move them. Your Zeal IBAN works until Zeal closes. If you have DeFi positions, Zeal shows you what to do.
Which email should I use?
Any email you can open. You can change it in Zeal until you send your first assets.
Who pays the network fees?
If you use a Smart Wallet, Zeal pays where it can. Otherwise you pay, so keep a little of each network’s fee coin.
I have more than one wallet.
Move each one separately. Zeal shows you which still have assets.

ether.fi support can help with anything about your ether.fi account.
