What You Need Before You Start
To comply with finanical regulations, please have these documents ready:
- A valid Government ID
- Proof of Address (A PDF of a utility bill dated within the last 3 months).
Steps to order your card
- Open your Zeal app and tap the Card tab
- Tap the button that says Order card for free
- Complete identity verification
- Enter your email
- Upload your ID
- Upload proof of address
- Wait for Gnosis Pay to verify your ID
- Activate an instant virtual card or order a phsycial card
- Enter your phone number
- Confirm source of funds
- Optional: Add your card to Apple or Google Pay
